Once your order is placed and processed, your order cannot be cancelled.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days and is shipped no later than the third business day unless otherwise noted on the product page. Specialty items such as brushes and storage units can take up to 12 BUSINESS days to ship. Shipping confirmation emails are sent immediately after items are shipped.
Local Pickup options is available in the Greater Columbia, SC area. You must provide a valid phone number when checking out so that we may contact you for a time and location to pick up your order. *If it is determined that the time and location for local pickup is not feasible for either party, your order will be shipped instead.*

We do not accept returns on cosmetics due to health and safety reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to obtaining written approval for your return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

If you must return or exchange a non-cosmetic item, please contact us via email to start the return/exchange process. No refund or exchange is guaranteed until final approval of inspection of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will instruct you on where to send your defective or damaged item(s).
